Big Brother 2024 has seen yet another rule break, with Lily Benson the latest housemate to fall foul of the regulations.
Thursday’s (November 7) episode saw the remaining housemates partake in the final shopping task, which was themed around gangs and bank heists.
Following the conclusion of the task, the housemates congregated in the bedroom as they talked over the day’s events, though things got heated between Lily and Sarah Griffiths as they had a mildly tense conversation.
After Sarah made a jibe at Lily’s expense, the latter remarked that she would put Sarah up for eviction should she progress in the series, thereby breaking the rule – not for the first time – regarding the nominations process.
The latest rule break, like the seemingly countless others in the series, drew a mixed response from fans of the show on social media, with several taking to X/Twitter to express their opinion on the latest indiscretion.
"Hanah has absolutely every RIGHT to react like that towards Lily, Lily just keeps rule breaking every time and Ali is enabling her behaviour which is why Lily feels she can still do it, yall need to hold them accountable. #BBUK" wrote one fan.
"Another Lily rule break. BB should give every person a large packet of Tangfastics, apart from her, as her punishment. Cue the meltdown…. #bbuk" remarked a second fan, whilst a third suggested another form of punishment as they wrote: "Another rule break? Evict them on the spot #BBUK"
Some fans, however, saw the humour in yet another rule break, with one viewer noting: "I’m fully on Hanah’s side about being annoyed about the rule break but I couldn’t help but give out a little giggle when Lily did that I can’t lie #bbuk"
Big Brother airs on ITV2 and ITVX from Sundays through Fridays, followed each night by Big Brother: Late & Live.
