Big Brother 26 spoilers: Makensy is about to blow her own game

Another week, another blindside on “Big Brother 26,” and this one was dumb and horrible for anyone not named Chelsie.

After getting worked over by Chelsie, Makensy followed her good leader’s orders on Monday, taking Kimo off the block and putting up Leah instead. Leah was shocked and spent quite a while wallowing in bed. She vented to Angela and now knows she messed up last week by targeting the “wrong trio” when she should’ve gone after Chelsie instead of T’Kor. Uh, yeah, you did.

After a series of messages from AI Julie that teased the double eviction, Leah and Makensy finally had a chat, which kicked off with Leah refusing to hug Makensy. Iconic. They rehashed a bunch of stuff before Makensy defended the renom by citing all the sketchy things Chelsie told her about Leah and how untrustworthy she is. Unclear if Makensy even realizes Chelsie has been her puppet master after all the name-dropping. Leah noted that Chelsie is sketchy herself and all the different things she’s said. Makensy also blamed Rubina and Kimo, two people who are just enjoying summer vacation, and Chelsie chastised her for believing the “peanut gallery.”

Eventually, Chelsie joined the convo and it was another long preamble between her and Leah before they got to the meat of the matter. Chelsie explained she can’t trust Leah and the blame again was deflected onto Rubina and Kimo. These two are just catching strays, but they probably wouldn’t even care if they found out. Leah, stuck between a rock and a hard place since she needs votes to stay, apologized to Chelsie for not having convos to clear the air. Was she genuinely remorseful? Probably not, but she knew she needed to act like she was.

But it likely won’t be enough. Chelsie obviously wants Leah gone and can easily manipulate everyone else in the house, so we’re staring down the first unanimous eviction of the season unless something changes between now and Thursday, Makensy will make the catastrophically dumb move of backdooring Leah. This will effectively kill her game and hand the $750,000 check to Chelsie unless she’s taken out in the double eviction, which, considering this group, is unlikely. Neither Angela nor Leah would cut Makensy before the final three like the others would, but she’s been misted so hard by Chelsie and can’t play the game for herself.
